When you complete tasks in the Action Feed (watching videos, completing surveys and offers, etc.) you earn Tokens. You can also optionally purchase packs of Tokens if you would like. You then use these Tokens to get more Card Decks.
You claim both Tokens and Card Decks in your Inbox so be sure to check there.
