If your Tokens are not in your Inbox tab after purchasing them, first, please try going to the Tokens tab or the Help tab in the settings of the S2Rewards game you're playing. Once there, tap the "Restore Purchases" button, which will look for any uncredited purchases. If any are found, they will be put into your Inbox tab where you can tap to claim them.
If no purchases are found to restore, you'll see a popup message saying there are no purchases to restore. In this case, please contact us at this link.
