If you see that your Order Status is “Pending”, it means that we have received your order and will be processing it soon. It can take up to 7 business days for redemptions to process. Once it has been processed, your Order Status should change to “Ordered”, and then “Shipped” soon after.
If your order has been pending for more than 7 business days, please visit our Help Center through the Settings tab in the S2Rewards game you're playing. You can contact us by going to Help, tap on “Help Center” listed under that, and then “Contact Us”. Select “Redemption Claim Center” and fill out the form to us, detailing the issue.

Please be sure to submit through the correct form or your inquiry may not be addressed in a timely manner.
Note: Inquiries submitted where your order has not been pending for more than 7 business days may not be addressed.
