To redeem a gift card, we ask that you use the "Gift Card" tab in the REDEEM section of any S2Rewards app. All gift cards found through search are not eligible for redemption, and your order will be cancelled.
Also, please note that users who redeem more than $600 worth of gift cards per calendar year require you to submit a W9 form to S2Rewards, as the redemption amounts may be taxed by the IRS. If you do not return a W9 to us, you may be ineligible to redeem gift cards moving forward.
The gift cards are not physical gift cards, but rather gift codes that will become available in your Order History after the order is processed. Please double and triple check the email address you enter, as you will need to enter it to claim your gift card code, and we are unable to change the email once your order has been placed. If you believe you made an error, you have 30 minutes to cancel your order and place it again with the correct email. After that, your order is not changeable and cannot be refunded.
