If your shipping address is not being accepted, it could be that the system is recognizing it as invalid.
We recommend checking that your address works with the USPS Zip Code Locator Tool. Cut/copy the address suggested by the Locator Tool and paste it in at the time of redemption. If you continue to have problems entering your address, you may contact us through this link with a screenshot of the error.
Some items do have restrictions on delivery and may not be deliverable to a PO Box, which could be causing the invalid address error.
Some vendors do not ship items to Hawaii and Alaska (and sometimes other states), so in these cases, we must cancel and refund the orders.
Some items cannot legally be sold in certain states (or areas within states), so if an order is placed for an item like this, we must cancel and refund it.
If you need to change your shipping address, you can do so with each redemption you make. You will not be able to request a change to your shipping address after confirming your order.
Note: Please be aware that we are currently unable to accept orders to territories of the United States (Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Guam, etc.) and can only guarantee fulfillment of orders to the contiguous United States.
