If you did not receive your Tokens after purchasing them and they are not in your Inbox, first, please try going to the Tokens tab or the Help tab in the settings of the current S2Rewards game you're playing. Once there, tap the "Restore Purchases" button, which will look for any uncredited purchases. If any are found, they will be put into your Inbox tab where you can tap to claim them.
If no purchases are found to restore, you'll see a popup message saying there were none found. In this case, please contact us through the Help tab of the app. Select “Token Purchase Support” and fill out the form to us, detailing the issue.
