Some videos may require you to complete an action at the end of the video; you may not receive credit if you do not follow those instructions. Please also note that videos may take up to 24 hours to award Tokens.
If there was no extra requirement at the end of the video and/or you still haven't received them after 24 hours have passed, we recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the S2Rewards game to make sure you have the most recent version. All your Tokens, game credits and Tickets will still be there when you reinstall.
If you start a video and then your phone goes idle (screen goes black) before you complete and exit the video, sometimes the Token will not be rewarded.
If you continue to have issues with videos or did not receive your Tokens after watching them, please visit our Help Center through the Settings tab in the S2Rewards game. You can contact us by going to Help, tap on “Help Center” listed under that, and then “Contact Us”. Select “Rewarded Tokens Support” and fill out the form to us, detailing the issue.
